New Delhi, March 29 (IANS) Indian Railways has decided to run special weekly trains from April 18 till June 15 between Jammu Tawi and Bandra in western Mumbai to clear the summer rush.
A statement issued by the Northern Railway Thursday said the 0905 superfast Bandra-Jammu Tawi special will leave Bandra terminus every Wednesday at 11.15 p.m. and will reach Jammu Tawi at 6.50 a.m. on the third day of its departure from Bandra.
On the return journey, the 0906 Jammu Tawi-Bandra train will leave Jammu Tawi at 11.15 every Friday and will reach Bandra at 8.05 a.m. on the third day.
The special superfast train will have one AC two tier, four AC three tier, six second class sleeper and two general second class coaches apart from two brake vans, a statement issued by Northern Railway said.
