Jordan, Saudi economic forum opens Monday

Amman, April 16 (NNN-Petra) The Jordanian-Saudi Economic Forum, which is organized by the Chambers of Industry and Trade in Jordan and the Saudi Trade and Industry Chambers Council, opens in Amman Monday.

During the event, the Jordanian-Saudi Project Development Company, which was established through an initiative by the Joint Business Council, will be launched.

The company has JD500 million investment funds active in various fields.

Saudi Arabia is Jordan’s major trade partners. Jordan’s exports to Saudi Arabia stood at JD251 million last year, while imports amounted to JD2 billion.

The forum, which will discuss Jordanian-Saudi Economic ties, provides an opportunity to establish genuine partnerships between the two countries.
