New Delhi: Two courts of different status, two cases related to the nation-wide communal riots following the demolition of Babri Masjid, and two different verdicts, but what is similar is the time the procedure took: full 15 years.
On 3rd May the Supreme Court of India gave a split verdict on confirming the conviction of five persons accused of murder during the communal riots of 1992-1993 in Assam. As the two-judge bench comprising Justices S.B. Sinha and H.S. Bedi had different opinions, the matter has now been placed before the Chief Justice of India. The Chief Justice will refer the case to a larger bench.

Joe108 - alias Gerald Moreno - has no valid arguments
In his complete failure to argue cogently to refute the hundreds of documented criticisms against Sathya Sai Baba (see my website, for a start) joe108 (i.e. Gerald Moreno of Las Cruces, New Mexico) resorts to libel and attempted character assassination. He tries to associate me fully with Sanjay Dadlani, but for a start, I only endorse some of Dadlani's views, not others. Moreno has gone to huge lengths to create libels about dozens of critics of Sai Baba, but none more so than Sanjay Dadlani, as one can see on Google.
Mr. Moreno defended Sathya Sai Baba and his organization full-time for two years even while admitting on his website that he believed Sai Baba to be a sexual abuser!
See http://www.saibabaexpose.com/JoeFAQ.htm! Almost unbelievable, but true!
Yes, I was deceived by Sathya Sai Baba for many years, as were millions - including Moreno, who remains in delusion, but I eventually was told the awful truth by one of the closest servitors of this self-proclaimed 'God incarnate in human form'. I eventually found that the heavy duty to expose the lies and deceptions, including numerous crimes of which he has never been cleared... fell on my shoulders. It was no easy choice, and not without danger either! (Devotees have been executed in cold-blood - see http://home.hetnet.nl/~comments_on/_the_secret_swami/nair.htm). The Alaya Rahm case was concluded for entirely different reason to those invented by Moreno (see http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/articles/alayarahm.htm)
