Indian women's hockey team for World Cup
New Delhi, Sep 12 (IANS) Jyoti Sunita Kullu will lead India in the hockey World Cup starting in Madrid Sep 27, the Indian Women's Hockey Federation (IWHF) announced here Monday.
India is in Pool A along with China, England, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, while Pool B comprises Argentina, Australia, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and the US.
The M.K. Kaushik-coached side will begin its campaign with the Netherlands on the first day of the tournament, IWHF said in a statement.
The final will be played Oct 8.
