Istanbul, Sep 13 (DPA) The death toll from a bomb explosion at a bus stop in Diyarbakir city has risen to 11 after four people succumbed to their injuries in hospital overnight, a television report said Wednesday.

The Tuesday evening blast killed several children, including a baby, according to CNN Turk television.

Diyarbakir is a major city in Turkey's southeast, considered the centre of Kurdish separatist militancy.
