Kolkata, Sept 14 (ZEENEWS.COM) Condemning the recent bomb blasts at Malegaon that claimed 31 lives, the CPI(M) politburo has decided to send a two-member team there today to take stock of the situation and talk to the people there.

CPI (M) MPs Basudev Acharya and Amitava Nandi would leave for Malegaon, party general secretary Prakash Karat said here.

"The blasts occurring at a mosque and a graveyard point to the calculated effort to create communal tension and provoke communal violence," Karat told a press conference at the end of the party`s two-day politburo meeting.

He said the politburo condemned the terrorist attack and urged both the Maharashtra government and the Centre to make coordinated efforts to uncover the network and the group behind the incident.
