World badminton: Rupesh-Thomas bow out in pre-quarters

New Delhi, Sep 22 (IANS) India's Rupesh Kumar and Thomas Sanave lost their men's doubles pre-quarterfinal match in the World Badminton Championship in Madrid.

The Indian duo went down to top seeds Haifeng Fu and Yun Cai of China 15-21, 16-21 Thursday, according to the official website of the tournament.
