Car bomb kills 28 in Baghdad

Baghdad, Sep 23 (DPA) At least 28 Iraqis were killed and 30 injured when an explosives-laden car was detonated in Baghdad's eastern Sadr-City Saturday.q

Police cordoned off the blast site in the heart of the city as the wounded were rushed to nearby hospitals.
