India, Pak discuss bilateral issues
New Delhi, April 2(IRNA) Visiting Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri today met India's External Affairs Minister, Pranab Mukhjeree and discussed bilateral issues.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Foreign Ministers' conference here, lasted for about half-an-hour, official sources said.
The two foreign ministers who are attending the SAARC Ministerial Conference, met after the first half of their day-long conference which is to finalise the agenda for Tuesday's Summit.
What transpired at the meeting, could not be immediately known but sources said the two were preparing ground for the bilateral meeting between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on April 4.
The two Prime Ministers who will meet on the sidelines of the SAARC Summit, will discuss the entire gamut of India-Pakistan relations for carrying forward the Composite Dialogue Process (CDP).
