New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be visiting Uttar Pradesh Friday to campaign for his Congress party in Bahraich and Lakhimpur Kheri districts, officials said.

This is the second time the prime minister will address election rallies for the seven-leg state assembly polls that began April 7. The third leg of polling took place Wednesday and the next one is scheduled for April 23.
