Muzaffarnagar : A two-day training camp was organized here by Jama’at-e-Islami Hind at Darsgah-e-Islami in Ladha Walla locality that was chaired by Dr. Alauddin and conducted by Shamim Ahmad. Hundreds of activists of Jama’at-e-Islami Hind hailing from other cities participated in the camp. Talking on ‘Islamic Movement in Context of India’s past’ in the camp, Dr. Alauddin said Jama’at-e-Islami has played very important role in the history of India and, Allah-willing, it will continue doing so. He told that it was Jama’at-e-Islami that organized Anti-Terrorism Conference for the first time on January 2, 2008, in Lucknow’s Sahkarita Bhawan in which illustrious Ulema belonging to all schools of thought in India had participated and told that Islam seeks peace and security instead of terrorism and that only Islam is the true religion of the world that delivered humanity from serfdom and even today, Islam is the only religion following which terrorism and injustice could be wiped out.

Developing the theme topic further, the ex-secretary of the circle Ali Shah shoeb shed light on the faith in exclusive oneness of Allah (Tauheed) and said the mission of the religion of Islam is to unite entire humanity through the deep familiarity with the only one Supreme Being, Allah. On the next day of the camp, the guest speaker Prof. Aqeel Yusuf of Jeddah University highlighted the subject of Dars-e-Qur’anic (Lesson in Qur’an). Prof. Aqeel Yusuf further said thanks to Allah, all of us have the Glorious Qur’an for our guidance and Ummahs (nations) before us were not given a grace like this. Therefore, we should recite the Holy Qur’an more and more and teach it to our children. The Gracious Qur’an Should not only be memorized but also also read with its correct meaning and import because only then we shall come to know the commands of Allah, he said.
