Protests in Hyderabad against police brutality

Stray incidents of violence were reported during the funeral procession of Syed Shareef, 25, who fell down from his bike and died when a policeman hit him with a baton for not wearing a helmet.

Iqbal Alam, a 29-year-old electrician from Uttar Pradesh, hanged himself in Al Quoz Saturday, Emirates Today reported.

Her father Babu Khan, a resident of Bhilwara town, solemnised her wedding with Firoz May 8, 1990, when she was barely two. She was married along with two other sisters - with Mafia and one older sister marrying into the same family.

Srinagar, May 19 (IANS) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad Friday announced plans to step up interaction with Indian and global investors and develop the tourist resort of Gulmarg as the Indian equivalent of Davos, the headquarters of the World Economic Forum.
